‍Summary

At Elevance Health, I am currently developing journey maps to walk through the implementation of their new Digital Pharmacy program for different user groups. Through this, I am able to identify abrasion points and offer solutions to ease user experience, which turn into initiatives for the future. I also conducted competitive analysis for an innovative healthcare helper initiative, as well as advocated for end-to-end user experience research and ethnography studies with UX Research teamMost of my work is currently under NDA.
